2021 Northeast Chapter President Election
Due to COVID-19, ONPS is conducting a virtual election for the 2021 NE Chapter President. Successful candidates will assume office on April 1, 2021 with term ending December 31, 2021. Candidate information can be found below. Online voting using the form below will begin on March 1 and conclude on March 31.
Kathy Doss is a retired librarian with the Tulsa City County Library. She earned her B.A. in History from The University of Tulsa in 1980 and Masters in Library Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1990.

Bernard Richard (Rick) Gardner III, JD received his B.S. in Zoology from The University of Tulsa in 1974
J.D. from The University of Tulsa in 1987 and took frequent Oklahoma Academy of Science field trips with Dr. Harriet Barclay & Dr. Paul Buck.
